Climbing/Swing Ropes & 4-Way Tug-of-War
A Climbing Rope and a Swing Rope are pretty much one and the same. We make our 5/8", 3/4" and 1" Climbing/Swing Ropes with Multiline II Rope. Multiline II Rope is strong, durable and resistant to UV rays. Our 1-1/2" Ropes are made with Combo Rope, aka poly-dac rope, which is similar to Multiline. All of these ropes have a metal thimble at one end and a back-splice at the other end. The 1" and 1-1/2" also have a Pear Shaped Sling Link on the thimble to make it possible to hang them with a Rapid Link. We offer 5 different lengths of each diameter rope. 4-Way Tug-of-War
We have 4 lengths of 1" X 30' Multiline II Rope thimble spliced to a steel round ring with back-splices at the other end.
The initiative goes like this:
- Divide the players into four teams.
- Each team takes one rope.
- A rag is placed in the middle of the circle.
- At go all the teams begin pulling.
- After a predetermined time the game stops. Whichever team is furthest from the center of the circle wins.
