The design of this pulley creates it's own back-up without the need for additional tethers. There is a center bolt that rides above the cable as well as the ends of the pulley being folded over that will keep the pulley from falling in the case if both axles were to fail.
Choose: 3/8"-1/2" or 5/8"-3/4"
The Large Zip Tour Pulley represents the most advanced design work using state of the art engineering techniques to build the safest and finest trolley for the ropes course industry. The 304 stainless steel frame is .101 thick for superior strength and trouble free use. Unlike the competition it is assembled using machined 304 stainless axles which may cost more but gives the Large Zip Tour Pulley unparalleled structural integrity. The sheaves are 2" in diameter and case hardened to 56-58 Rockwell and ride on sealed ball bearings to provide excellent wear characteristics in challenging outdoor environments. Built for 3/8" and 1/2" diameter cable. Safety is always a primary objective and the Large Zip Tour Pulley uses two additional back-up bolts should there be a catastrophic failure of the sheaves during use. These two extra bolts also gives the Large Zip Tour Pulley superior stability. The long hang down plates keep the clients hands away from the cable while allowing the client to maintain body alignment with the cable.
Handles are not ment to be hung from, they are ment to keep the client facing forward on the ride. Optional hook-in points allow various positioning of the riders, making this pulley the ultimate for adventure parks.
Exceeds A.N.S.I., OSHA, and NFPA class G standards

Durable trolley designed for adventure parks
TRAC GUIDE LT is a trolley designed for adventure parks. Featuring an ergonomic captive carabiner, it allows the guide to quickly install the trolley on the cable with one hand. Because the carabiner pivots, the trolley remains in position on the cable when it makes contact with the end brake of the zipline. The ends are equipped with protective impact surfaces to reduce the risk of pinched fingers, and two connector support grooves to help avoid abrasion from the cable. The JOKO and AVENTEX lanyards are directly integrated in the carabiner, limiting the risk of separation or loss. The carabiner’s reinforced construction provides greater resistance to damp and salty environments. Product life is extended with durable bearings and removable carabiner and impact surfaces, available as spare parts.
Detailed description
Trolley designed for adventure parks:
- Ergonomic captive carabiner allows the guide to quickly install the trolley on the cable with one hand

Trolley Brake Block! The perfect companion to our Zip Pulleys. Carved from dense Appalachian hardwood and sealed with an environmentally safe preservative. The striking surface is crafted from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, noted for it's exceptional wear resistance. Steel hardware and a galvanized eye bolt round out the package. The missing component is 1/2" Shock Cord, we sell that too. We also have replacement Pads for the end of the Brake Block that gets smacked by the Zip Pulley.
Size: 8.25in x 3.375in
$90.50 Made in USA
Crafted from an ultra high strength polymer designed to outwear some metals, nylons, and urethane. Designed for hard use and maximum UV resistance, the material has a low friction coefficient and is self-lubricating with a non-adherent surface. It's black color blends in with forest surroundings and galvanized hardware prevents rust for a long lifetime. Available in two different sizes to accommodate a wide range of cables. Mounts around cable and attaches to a static point with a bungee cord (not included). This brake block is sold as a component to an integrated braking system. It is designed to be used as part of a gravity based brake system and be attached to a shock cord. It should never be used alone or without a backup emergency brake in the event of a failure. There are two eyebolts installed in this block. One should be rigged to take the impact from the rider. The second should be connected to the first with a slack tether.
